- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Typically, orders will arrive within 7-14 business days. Please note that customs processing may cause delays.
Shipping Costs:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. chiaira is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, here’s how it works:
Return & Exchange Period:
You can return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Please email our customer service team at service@chiaira.com to initiate your return or exchange request.
- Include your order number, item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- After approval, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@chiaira.com. We will offer you a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost to you.
