RETURNS AND SHIPPING
1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, weight of the items, and the chosen shipping method.
Domestic Shipping:
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
International Shipping:
- We currently ship to select countries. Shipping times vary by destination and may take 7-21 business days.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Shipping Delays:
- We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding in case of delays.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
At Chiaira, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return:
- Contact us at service@chiaira.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including the invoice or order confirmation.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For domestic returns, we offer free return shipping.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you received a gift, the refund will be processed as a store credit or exchange, based on your preference.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@chiaira.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will promptly issue a replacement or refund.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Chiaira is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking shows that the item has been delivered. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier directly. In some cases, we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
